Suites, standard rooms and standard rooms with view are available. Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. If you require special accommodations (e.g., handicapped-accessible) please mention this when talking with the reservations agent. Your conference registration does NOT include your hotel accommodations. You may only reserve standard rooms on line. All others must be called in.
Please be advised that all rates quoted are per room, per night, allowing for single or double occupancy. View Rooms, our standard rooms with guaranteed view of the Biloxi Bay or Gulf of Mexico, are available for an additional charge of $20.00 plus tax, per night. Any rooms requiring triple or quad occupancy will be surcharged an additional $15 plus tax per room, per night, per person. (Children age 17 and under, in the same room with parents in existing bedding, are free.) All rates are subject to Harrison County room tax, currently five-percent (5%), state sales tax of seven percent (7%), and a $5.60 per night resort fee. County and state tax may be subject to increase without prior notice.
All guests are required to post a credit card, debit card or $100.00 cash deposit at check-in. This deposit is also required for hotel rooms that will be billed to the Meeting Group's master account.
CHECKS: Hotel does not take personal or company check as method of payment on check-in day. Credit card or Cash is the only valid form of payment accepted at check-in. If method of pre-payment of room and tax is by check, the check MUST be received NO LATER THAN two weeks prior to arrival date so that the check can be cleared before arrival date.
Reservations for dates other than those in the specified room block above will be accepted on a space and rate available basis as to accommodations and room rates.
